
Salma Hayek Pinault born Salma Valgarma Hayek-Jimenez (September 2nd, 1966)[3][4][5] is a Mexican and American actress as well as film producer. Her professional career began in Mexico in the telenovela Teresa, in which she was a lead in the television drama Teresa (1989-1991), and the romantic drama El Callejon de los Milagros (1995), which resulted in an Ariel Award nomination. With roles in films like Desperado (1995), From Dusk till Dawn (1996), Wild Wild West (1999) and Dogma (1999) In 1999, she quickly made her mark in Hollywood.
